2. Admission & Eligibility
- Valid Government ID proof is mandatory at the time of admission.
- All personal details provided must be true and accurate.
- Management reserves the right to approve or reject admission.
3. Rent & Payment Policy
- Monthly rent must be paid on or before the agreed due date.
- Delay in rent payment may attract penalty charges.
- Security deposit must be paid at the time of admission.
4. Security Deposit & Refund
- Security deposit is refundable at the time of vacating, subject to adjustment of pending dues and damages.
- One-month prior notice is mandatory before vacating the PG.
- Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
5. Rules & Resident Conduct
Residents must:
- Maintain cleanliness in rooms and common areas.
- Respect fellow residents and staff.
- Follow entry and exit timing rules.
- Avoid loud music or disturbances.
Strictly Prohibited:
- Smoking, alcohol, drugs, or illegal activities.
- Unauthorized visitors inside rooms.
- Cooking inside rooms without permission.
- Use of high-power electrical appliances without approval.
6. Damage Policy
Any damage to PG property including furniture, walls, electrical fittings, or common areas will be charged to the resident.
7. Personal Belongings
Management is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings of residents inside the PG premises.
8. Termination of Stay
Violation of any PG rule may result in penalty, immediate termination of stay, or cancellation of accommodation without refund.
9. Changes to Terms
Shivaay Boys PG reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
